Total View Analytics was founded in 2017 and is led by Shawn Helwig. As Managing Partner, Shawn’s primary focus is helping clients craft and implement data strategies. To help clients build their data strategy, Mr. Helwig has developed a proprietary method called Analytics TO WIN®. This 4-Step method includes a series of assessments and templates that engage key functions in the business, helps to identify strategic objectives, identifies impactful data-related projects and then aligns and prioritizes those projects into a
succinct data strategy that is easy to understand and more easily implemented. Shawn is also the co-host of the Drinks ‘n Data podcast.
Over the past 30 years, Shawn and his team have worked with more than 300 organizations to help them utilize data and technology to be more successful. The team’s skills and expertise include executive facilitation to identify strategic objectives, enterprise data architecture design, scoping and leading data management and analytics projects, assessing and improving analytics user adoption, data governance, data science, technology assessments, and data visualization best practices.
